About Johana

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past three years, I've worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, passionately supporting adults and seniors. My goal is to help them maintain their well-being and independence. I am patient, compassionate, and create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I also help with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I have a high school degree and speak Spanish. I am also CPR and First Aid trained. I hope to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
