Joey worked for us several years ago; my sons were 4 and 9 at the time. She was always on time, in fact, a few minutes early. She not only watched them while we were at work, she read books to them, she would cook (and clean up the kitchen!) for them, took the boys to the parks in our town, and if needed, would run a few child care related errands for us. I had a few other people that would watch the boys for us when she was away for her own family activities. However, my boys always wanted "Miss Joey" because she interacted with them so much. When it was time for Joey to further her education, we ended up putting the boys in preschool classes. We could tell the boys weren't learning as much as they had with Joey; they weren't excited to go to preschool since Joey wasn't with them. We have kept in touch with her through the years, and it is my belief that she is still the same caring, child loving person that my family got to know and love.
