About Joelle

Hello, I have been working in the Health Care field for 15 years. I've worked in Assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes and home care. Due to working for a private companion care home agency for the last two years all of my certifications have expired. But I am not opposed to taking the classes to be recertified. I absolutely adore the elderly and love what I do. I'd describe my personality as happy, caring and compassionate I like caring for seniors because I believe they hold the history of the past. If people would just sit down and give an elderly person the time of day to talk, they could learn so much. I enjoy spending time with the elderly. I would care for this person as if I would want myself to be cared for when my time comes. In return I just ask for a respect and compassion back. I started caring for seniors when I realized that factory work was not for me. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my grandchildren. Family time is very important to me.
