Hi! I'm Joelle. I'm currently taking a thoughtful pause between corporate roles and using this season to focus on more meaningful, people-centered work. Caring for others has always come naturally to me. I'm a mom and a lifelong helper who has supported both children and older adults, including hands-on care for my grandparents in their later years. I have experience with dementia care and understand the patience, presence, and gentleness it requires. I'm calm, dependable, and intuitive, and I truly enjoy building trust with the families I work with. Whether it's childcare, companionship, respite care, or a few consistent daily hours of support, my goal is always the same -- to help your loved ones feel safe, respected, and cared for. I'm open to part-time or flexible arrangements and would love to connect to see if we're a good fit.
