About Joe

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I hold a college degree and specialize in supporting elementary and middle school students across subjects including Math, English, Science, and Study Skills. My approach centers on meeting each student exactly where they are, fostering confidence, and celebrating those breakthrough "aha!" moments. By actively listening and adapting my methods--whether through visual aids or hands-on activities--I ensure complex concepts become manageable and engaging. I believe open communication with families is vital to building the trust necessary for academic growth. With one year of experience, I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment that makes learning both effective and enjoyable. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I am genuinely excited to help you discover your unique path to success. I successfully homeschooled 4 of my kids up to 5 th grade one being ADD.
