I scheduled a video interview with Joeanna at a time of her choosing. It wasn't until 5 minutes after the start time that she let me know she was having computer issues. As of 20 minutes after the start time she had not provided any update even though I'd checked back in, so I ended the meeting and let her know this wouldn't be a good fit. I still haven't heard anything else over an hour after that. Computer issues happen, but the lack of timely communication followed by ghosting is not acceptable.
