About Jody

For 35 years I owned my own in home pre school , I've been dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating enriching environments for children. My passion stems from a deep-seated desire to positively impact their lives, fueled by wonderful experiences in previous childcare roles. I am patient, creative, and approachable, ensuring a safe and fun space for your child to learn and grow. I follow the parents' lead and am comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup, text, or phone calls, according to your preferences. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I have First Aid Training, CPR Training, am TrustLine certified (CA only), and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development Coursework. I'm also a Certified Teacher. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am comfortable caring for one child.
