We did a care share with another family for 18 months (2 girls from 6months-2years) and only stopped because both children got slots in the Montessori preschool. She went above and beyond to take care of both of our families particularly during the height of the pandemic. She is a mom with a grown son-you can trust her. Set clear expectations and let her work her magic. She adores babies (who also adore her back). Nanny JoJo is the best and we will miss  her!

We hired Jodi for our nanny share for my 2 year old and another baby who is 4 days younger than my daughter. Jodi took care of both girls since they were about 6 months old. Jodi did a great job with the two babies. She was always very engaged and would bring age appropriate developmental activities. We have no family in the area, so being able to find someone we trust has been important to the health of our marriage and to also disconnect from being parents.

Jodi is awesome! She is very caring and attentive with my kids, she plays with them, bakes with them, colors with them and genuinely has a heart for kids. Whenever I tell them "Ms JoJo" is coming over they all scream "yay! Ms JoJo!".  I never have to worry when Jodi is coming to watch them because I know they are in good hands.
