About Jodi

I started working with Hospice many years ago. I have experience with assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals and working in the Melech House. I also trained new volunteers. Though I have moved on from Hospice, I had well over 1500 hours of volunteer time and about 13 years experience with patient/family, spiritual, vigil and respite care. I have been blessed to be a calming influence and care taker for the patients and families as a whole. My personal experience in caring for my Mother who had Dementia, also gave me first hand knowledge of the difficulties it can bring to a family. We all want our loved ones to be treated with respect and be safe and cared for by anyone who is going to be providing help. My heart has always led me in caring for others, both human and animal, so this is a great fit to continue to do what I love.
