For over a decade, I've dedicated my career to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My journey began with positive experiences in adult care, which fueled my desire to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Certified Home Health Aid, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, assist with errands and shopping, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping. I'm known for my patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented nature. I strive to create a comfortable environment and follow the family's preferred communication method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring heart to your family.
