About Sydney

I'm a warm, reliable, and experienced caregiver with a deep passion for supporting children and families. Over the years, I've cared for children from 3 months old to 19 years, My journey began by helping my mom with her in-home daycare, and it's grown into a lifelong love for childcare. I'm comfortable and confident working with neurodivergent children and those with medical needs, and I approach every child with patience, empathy, and individualized support. I also bring healthcare experience from my time as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a brain rehabilitation center, where I helped clients relearn daily living skills and use communication devices. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I love getting kids involved in hands-on, creative fun whether that's baking, doing arts and crafts, or spending time outside exploring nature.
