About Jocelyn

I'd describe my personality as being soft spoken, creative, and passionate. I like working with kids because I love to see them learn and grow based on their experiences. I know being a positive influence on a child's life is so super important, so it's an honor to be involved. I'm looking for a job that gives me structure as well as a relaxed environment. I started working with kids in 2022 when I was 15. I babysat my neighbors' girls who were 6 and 8. In my spare time, I love to sketch and paint and craft. I'm a drummer, and I LOVE music. I'm also a writer, and I'm a big reader. One thing you should know about me is that communication is so important to me, especially in a situation like this. I want parents to feel comfortable giving me feedback and also want to feel comfortable voicing any concerns I should have as well. My skills include being patient and nurturing, my ability to observe and problem solve, and my ability to engage in creative activities with children.
