With three years of experience dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I've found my calling in fostering their well-being and independence. My journey into caregiving stemmed from a genuine passion and positive experiences in previous roles, fueling my desire to make a real difference in people's lives. I'm a compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented individual. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with dementia, medical management, and mobility. I also speak Sign Language (ASL). I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
