Our family hired Jocelyne during the last year of my mother's life. She was an integral part of the process and took the lead on developing a care plan, selecting needed medical equipment, and managing my mother's medication and safety. I relied on Jocelyne during interviews and hiring of additional caregivers. Jocelyne sets very high standards for herself and ran our care team with the same level of protocols and documentation as an assisted living or nursing home would. Jocelyne is trustworthy, personable, compassionate, and punctual. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and are grateful for her care - she has become family to us.
