About Jocelyn

I'd describe my personality as caring, observant, detail-oriented. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be able to help and care for others in a way that will positively effect them and those around them. My main goal is to provide support to families and individuals who need that extra care and pillar in their system. I started tutoring when I was in middle school, occasionally helping others in my grade and below if I knew I was well versed in the subject. I am now in college and actively work with my school's tutoring center, and often extend my help and knowledge to peers in my classes. In my spare time, I like to focus on my own outside interests, including books, games, gardening, and cooking. I've always been open about my own struggles in school and academia, and that has allowed me to be open and honest about learning new strategies for completing work, assignments, and learning how to deal with everything that comes with difficulty in academia.
