About Jocelyn

Helping kids feel confident and capable in school is something I truly enjoy. I offer patient, one-on-one homework help and tutoring for elementary and middle school students in a variety of subjects including math, reading, writing, science, and more. I know that every child learns differently, so I focus on meeting them where they are, breaking down tricky concepts in a way that makes sense, and encouraging a positive attitude toward learning. Whether your child needs help staying organized, finishing homework, or preparing for a test, I'm here to guide them with encouragement and support. I don't offer online tutoring, because I believe in-person sessions are the most effective way to connect, stay focused, and really understand the material together. Learning doesn't have to be stressful with the right help, it can be fun!
