Jocelyn, is very outgoing! My kids love her, she will go above and beyond to help keep my house tidy. After watching my kids in the afternoons she makes sure to give me a run down of how their day went. Definitely recommend her. 

I hired Jocelyn to watch my 1 year old twins two days a week starting in June. Initially, after hiring her she said she couldn't make it that week because she was out of the country but she would start the following week. This was kind of a red flag but I said okay. Her first week went well and I thought she did a pretty good job with the kids. However as each week went on she started to get flaky. One day she left early before I even got home! (And texted me to let me know she left my 1 year olds) luckily my husband was home, but he was working in his office. Another couple of times Jocelyn told me the morning of (only a couple hours before her shift) that she wouldn't be able to make it. At the beginning of July Jocelyn  said she was rehired at a packaging company but would be able to work for me the rest of July until that full time job started. I said okay. Then the next day said never mind, and that she wouldn't be able to make it at all. I'm left confused and asked if there were any issues. I always paid on time and had a set schedule for her. I'm still confused as to what happened here. As a babysitter I think she does a fine job. But as a nanny or reoccurring caretaker I don't think she is reliable or dependable. I wasn't going to leave a review, but felt the need. After all, that is the point of this website is, isn't it?

Jocelyn was a fantastic nanny for my 10-month-old. She watched him for a full week. He is normally very slow to warm up to people, but within a few days, he clearly loved her. I could tell she was fully attentive to him during each minute of the long days and even brought him extra toys for a few days. She cleaned when he napped. Would absolutely hire her again next time we're in the area!

Jocelyn arrived early, was comfortable and confident in taking care of my 10 and 14 year olds and both kids enjoyed the days that she took care of them. 

On time and great communication. Very accommodating and I’m appreciative of her help!

Jocelyn has helped care for my baby since she was 4 months old, she is extremely reliable and prompt. She is loving and is great at creating structure and routine. My older daughter begs to skip school to spend time with Jocelyn as she engages her with arts and crafts and games.

Jocy is amazing!  She takes care of our 2 year old even if it’s last minute and she is available. She traveled with us on several trips and did an awesome job. Very patient always on time, and helpful in every way. We don’t want to share her, 😊 but will definitely recommend her to any family. She is the best! 

Jocy was AMAZING!!! Super sweet and very observant. Asked a lot of questions. She sent photos of my baby while I was gone which made me feel at ease. Jocy also gave a run down of how his day went upon pick up. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!

I have an 8 year old and 2 year old (currently being potty trained). Jocelyn has babysat for me multiple times now and she has always being punctual and really good with the kids. She's great with my son, helping potty train, play, and being put to bed. My daughter really enjoyed her time here and always asks when she'll be back. I am truly grateful and happy to have found her!
