I got my Home Care Aide certification in 2018 and started working as a caregiver in Washington State at my sister's care home. I used to handle 4 patients at a time. I already experienced handling patients with dementia, parkinsons, hospice patient with cancer, diabetes, etc. I took my CNA class in 2021 and passed the examination that year. I like working with the seniors because it's so rewarding especially when I'm able to make them happy by giving care and comfort. They are appreciative of my time and everything that I do for them. I play games and cook for them. They are also fun to be with.

Jocelyn is amazing! We love having her in our home. My mom gets along with her wonderfully! They spend time watching TV, feeding the birds and squirrels and have great lunchtime chats. Jocelyn is very thorough with my mom’s toileting needs. When I come home from work my mom is clean and happy and has had a good day. My kitchen is spotless as well! Jocelyn has a very sweet demeanor and is always smiling! She is honest and it is clear to me that she truly enjoys caring for my mom ❤️
