Joan has been absolutely amazing with our 14 month old daughter. We were lucky enough to have Joan part-time for about 3 months. She exceeded every expectation of what we hoped for in a caregiver! Her extensive background in child care and development is evident in the way she interacted with our daughter. She would bring toys, create games and crafts, take her to the park, all the while taking every opportunity to teach and allow our daughter to explore in a safe way. Reliable, trustworthy, and consistently went out of her way to make her time with our daughter special. She is just an all around lovely person. We would highly recommend Joan to anyone in need of a caregiver.
