Elementary school teacher available for summer child care, tutoring, dinner prep and clean up, laundry, errands and rides to activities. 15+ Experience working with children in Pre-K-3rd grade (3-8 years old) and care for a teenager (cooking dinner and driving to practices and games). I am fun and outgoing. I love sports, reading, cooking and crafts with children. My goal is to make sure the children have fun. I have a reliable, registered/insured car.

Joan is a wonderful human being. She has been a teacher for most of her life and still supports a school. She loves children. And she quickly became a part of our family. My daughter was 3-5 years old when aunty Joan looked after her in the evenings and also on the weekends. She would call aunty Joan her bestie. They would play together, learn to read together, do simple math together and go on day trips together. Joan teaches children to have good manners, eat properly at the dining table, articulate their big feelings, and know how to make good choices. She is always calm. She is always kind. She is a teacher at heart but knows that children learn through play. She has oodles of energy so rough play and soccer and running around is all part of the plan! We would have loved to have brought aunty Joan to Switzerland with us if we could! Joan is just an incredible human being and we miss her.
