Joann was fantastic with my almost-3-yr-old daughter who was not very happy about having a babysitter. She kept was very responsive to her and kept her engaged at home and at a local park. When I came back four hours later, my daughter said, "My babysitter so nice! Me have fun." I'd definitely hire her again.
