My greatest accomplishment is my beautiful baby. She is now 29, hard working, a straight A student, and full time employee. I raised her to believe in herself by instilling in her - her worth. Now that I'm a 58-year-old grandmother my home is quieter, but years ago my home was the place my children's friends came to, in fact, I was the fun mom always willing to have slumber parties, create memories, or offer wise advice. I think the greatest gift any one of us can give a child is their self worth, (self respect and accountability). I am a teacher, when a child knows their value they are able to treat others as they want to be treated, this is who my daughter is today. Although I am firm and consistent, I am also patient, kind tolerant and enjoy spending time in the kitchen making cookies, fishing, gardening, anything that can light up a child's world is a joy to me. Your child will be safe with me this I assure. I am now FIRST AID/ CPR AED CERTIFIED.

Joann did a wonderful job caring for my 6 month old and 4 year old. She really took the time and effort to try and get to know my girls and ask good questions so the day would go as smooth as possible. Joann was great at communicating with me for meeting up and was very easy to get along with. We look forward to having her back again soon!
