10/10 would hire Joanne again! She was incredible at handling our 6-month-old and 2.5-year-old. The baby was a handful: cries if not held, and won't touch a bottle, but she was cool as a cucumber. On top of that, she whipped up tasty snacks and left our kitchen looking spotless! Even with our 2.5-year-old throwing a few meltdowns her way, she handled it like a champ. Total superhero!
