My role as a companion offers companionship and daily living support. I assist with organizing closets or sifting through plies of mail, etc. I run errands, do grocery shopping and light housekeeping, pick up prescriptions etc. and other tasks as agreed. I do NOT provide hands on personal care, or any lifting or medical tasks other than medication reminders. Your Senior Sidekick is about compassionate support, practical help and a trusted companion every step of the way. I like caring for seniors because they always have wisdom to share and I learn from them. My experience has been with friends and family members over many years.
