Joanne has cared for our daughter from 3 months old and for our 5 year old after school and occasionally on weekends. She has been a wonderful nanny and we will miss her when we move out of the area. Our daughter absolutely lights up when she sees her, and she has been extraordinarily helpful and flexible, as well as always on time. Another family will be lucky to have her!
