I hired Joanne for babysitting my 2 month old during a wedding. She was extremely responsive, polite, professional, communicative, and most importantly diligent in taking care of our baby. She kept us updated as to how he was doing by sending regular updates via text. She also was respectful to our wishes for his care. She actually was the one that asked us how we would like her to take care of the baby and suggested things that I forgot to tell her. I definitely recommend Joanne and would take the opportunity to hire her again.

Joanne was very reliable and I would hire her the next time we visit FL for childcare. She was very responsive from the start and has great communication skills. She has a natural gift with kids, my children instantly were comfortable around her and she kept them busy while we were on vacation. I would highly recommend her.

My husband and I were very impressed with Joanne and the service she provided. This was the first time we would be leaving our six month old in the care of another, and to say we were anxious is an understatement. From the very beginning, including during the screening process, Joanne was professional. Her communication skills are excellent. On the day of service she arrived on time, and had a cheery, upbeat disposition. Our little one warmed up to her quickly. As I observed their initial interaction, I knew we had hired the right individual. Throughout the day I received status updates, pictures, and a video that let me know how my little one was doing and what they were up to. This greatly helped to assuage my anxiety. I felt so much better. I also loved that Joanne asked questions when she needed clarification or was unsure about something. We would rehire Joanne. She's a professional and is great with children.

Joanne was the most professional sitter we have ever had. She takes safety and cleanliness serious; washing her hands immediately upon arrival, wearing a mask and alerting us to any possible concerns she had. She was prompt and responsive sending us photos throughout the day. We would absolutely hire her again

Joanne was simply put, amazing! I found Joanne last minute during thanksgiving to help with my son and his three nieces, who were all visiting, just so the adults could go out day before thanksgiving. Joanne showed up with crafts and activities for the kids. She is so organized! When we got back, the kids were sitting and participating in a game activity. All 4 kids loved Joanne. She had no issues caring for all 4. She also took them to the park. I did not get any emergency calls, neither did I worry at all while we were out. She showed up on time, was very professional and on point. I will definitely hire Joanne again. She is awesome!

I came to Miami on a vacation and was looking for a reliable sitter. This was my first time using the app to find a sitter and was skeptic a little bit, but as soon as Joanne texted me I knew she is professional and on top of everything! She spend 9 hours with my six month old and all I can say is just amazing! Joanne is such a lovely person with divine energy. My baby is in that age when he wants to be with his parents and not bonding really good with other people, but as soon as he saw Joanne he was smiling.

It's hard when you need to find someone to care for you new baby. I have a now 3 month old baby and I have been using Joanne once a week or so for the last 6 weeks. My little man is not the easiest baby, he doesn't take a bottle or like being put down. Joanne has been great she is very flexible with our needs and I feel comfortable leaving M. in her care

Joanne was perfect for our little vacation. We reached her last minute and she was able to accommodate our crazy schedule. Joanne helped my husband and I have a date night and watched one of our little ones at the hotel we were staying at. She came prepared with her own toys and made sure to also practice COVID-19 safety measures during this crazy time. We will definitely be hiring her again in the near future and hope that she's able to stay with us long term.

From my first conversation with Joanne I just knew she was going to be a perfect fit for my daughter. She's incredibly sweet, caring, creative (she brings toys lol). Very good at communicating, and sticking to schedules with children. Picking a care provider is such a nerve wrecking experience, but when you book Joanne you can rest assured that she's punctual, and that your child is in the best hands. So happy I found you!

Joanne cared for my 4 kiddos while on family vacation in Miami Beach. She came to the resort daily with games and activities for the kiddos, kept close watch of them while at the pool and beach, fed them lunch and dinner and prepared for bed. During inclement weather Joanne took kids on outings to the movies and trampoline park. My kids really enjoyed her and constantly ask when they can see her again. Wish I can convince her to move to Atlanta.

Awesome! She is very professional from the first day of contact. She is punctual, very helpful as she updates you with anything new. Will rehire 100%! We had no worries while being away from our child.you will be pleased.
