Joanne has been caring for my mother, who has dementia. She has been difficult to bathe and Joanne has been able to make that task easier for everyone. She is reliable and has stayed late on several occasions. She has a good understanding of the disease and how to keep my mother calm and comfortable. She is great at making sure my mother stays engaged and busy when her mood allows, and relaxed and low-key when it does not. I never worry when Joanne is with my mother. I have the utmost confidence that she is being cared for lovingly and skillfully. I can highly recommend her!
