About Joann

Joann has every quality you would want in a caregiver, she is friendly, outgoing, caring, loving, dependable, punctual, honest, and always engaging our daughter. She really cares and it shows. She is plays with our daughter, constantly talks to her to develop her language, takes her on walks, goes in the pool, brings her outside, reads books, plays blocks. She was so sweet and even bought her toy and bubbles. She goes above and beyond, helping me with house keeping, cleaning up, doing laundry, even though I told her it wasn't necessary. We hired her for the summer and I wish she could be our full time nanny. But she also works in a school, and specializes with special needs children. She wears her giant heart on her sleeve, we quickly fell in love with her as our nanny and friend.
