About Joanna

My name is Joanna. I am a Registered Nurse-MSN with a passion for geriatrics. I have been working with geriatrics for 8 years now. I began my first job at a nursing home and maintained it through college. As I was working there I worked independently with 2 families as a companion for their mothers. One of whom was on hospice care. I now work at Manoa Senior Care as a Nurse. I am interested in excelling myself in care-giving and branching out to help families in need. My schedule is consistently changing due to working 3 days off 3 days on, but I do know my schedule in advance. I am fun, loving, energetic, and overall have an overwhelming passion for geriatrics and nursing. As for childcare I grew up caring for children in my neighborhood, and decided to follow my dream to become a nurse. I am AED/CPR certified. Additionally I have experience in the clinical setting from OB to end of life. I love children and am looking for part-time work with flexible hours.
