About Joanna

Hi! My name is Joanna. I have over three years of experience working at Merit Children's Academy, caring for young children. I have experience with infants, but I've worked mostly with toddlers. I'm patient, dependable, and caring, and I truly enjoy helping children feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I love watching them learn new things, build confidence, and have fun through play and daily activities. My daycare experience has given me strong hands-on experience with diaper changes, meals, naps, transitions, and keeping children engaged with age-appropriate activities. I understand how important safety, consistency, and communication with parents are. I'm someone parents can count on to be attentive, responsible, and to create a warm, positive environment where their child feels cared for.
