About Joanna

Joanna is exceptional and we highly recommend her as a caregiver. We’ve worked with Joanna since our child was 8 months old until she was 4 years old, starting during the 2020 pandemic and we are lucky to continue to have her as a beloved friend. Joanna is nurturing, kind, generous, always on time, and loving. We felt completely safe with Joanna, and trust her completely with our child to travel to museums, zoos, the library, and the beach. She knows martial arts, used to be a lifeguard and knows child CPR. Joanna isn’t just a care giver, she’s an educator and helps connect kids to play groups, learn sign language, develop social and physical skills. She was amazing at helping our child go through transitions; for example she supported us when our child was going to have a new sibling as well as when our child was starting preschool. And she’s super fun—she plays the drums—-so cool! Having a dependable, patient, flexible, sweet care taker like Joanna, really helped support me so that I could fully focus on my career during the hours she cared for our child. For my significant other, who traveled a lot for work, it was critical to have an exceptional caregiver like Joanna to support the family. We really recommend Joanna!!!
