I have several years of experience. CPR certified. I've worked as a nanny full-time for a couple families which included caring for 4 children ages 5 years old and under. I also worked for a government agency that provided care for adults who had severe mental disabilities which included a 35-year-old male who had mental ability of a 2-year-old and had Grand Mal seizures and was in adult diapers. I practice gentle parenting techniques including validation, empathetic listening and redirection.
