About Joanna

Hello I'm Joanna and I can speak both English and Polish fluently. I have more than 4 years of total childcare experience. I used to be an au pair in Connecticut and I took care of 3 kids there for almost 2 years. Age: 9 months, 2 years and 4. 5 years old. Besides of au pair, I was volunteering at the nursery and taking care of small children. I love dancing, singing and going to the playgrounds. I helped school age children and teenagers with their homework and went with them to different museums and play centers. Strong driver with own car. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle and consistent manner. I believe that open communication and mutual respect are key to creating a harmonious environment for both children and parents. I hold a MA in International Relations& completed First Aid Training. I am open to occasional babysitting for date nights, some weekends or around holidays. I'm good with pets, as I'm a dog owner too.
