About Joanna

I am delighted and proud to provide this Letter of Recommendation for Joanna L. Joanna has been with our family for five years providing 24-hour In-Home Health Care for my Grandfather in Pine Island Florida and my Grandmother in Minneapolis Kansas. She possesses every positive attribute any person would want in a Home Health Care Professional. She is a reliable, diligent and caring professional that always takes the initiative to ensure my Grandfather and Grandmother had the right medical, nutritional and physical care. Over the years Joanna has stayed overnight with my Grandfather and Grandmother in hospitals, provided continuous medications and physical therapy and created and sustained a joyful and positive living and work environment. Several times she has called for Emergency Medical Services and accompanied my Grandmother and Grandfather to emergency rooms and remained with them through all medical challenges, often for several days at a time. I could continue discussing the many examples of the quality of care and life she brought to my Grandmother and Grandfather and to our family members. She is respected and trusted by my entire family, my friends and the medical staff at the hospitals and clinics with whom she interacted. Joanna has become a member of our family, and she will be dearly missed as she enters a new phase in her life.
