Joanna is very kind and reliable. She works really well with kids and has a natural caring aura that my kids immediately felt comfortable with. She was very reliable, and is very big on the safety of our children which I appreciated. Joanna even helped me take care of the children last minute when I had to attend to an emergency, truly a life saver!
