About Joanna

I cannot recommend Joanna highly enough. Over the past year, she provided exceptional care for both of my parents during the most challenging time of our lives. Joanna initially joined to care for both my parents who had a broad spectrum of chronic and terminal conditions including for my mother, helping her manage ostomy care with skill and dignity while navigating other complex pain and anxiety issues. She simultaneously cared for my father, who had COPD, dementia, and incontinence. Each parent had vastly different and demanding needs, yet Joanna handled every aspect of their care with professionalism, compassion, and genuine warmth. What sets Joanna apart is her ability to honor each person in her care. She treated my parents with dignity during their most vulnerable moments. She brought comfort to them and peace of mind to our family during an impossibly difficult time. My mother passed away in July, and my father this past week. I am forever grateful that Joanna was there for them both. It takes a truly special person to provide this level of care with such grace and humanity.
