We were looking for someone to help our parents - mom has impaired vision and dad has slow progression Alzheimer's. They are no longer able to drive and household tasks were becoming more and more difficult. We hit the jackpot when we found Joann! She is so intelligent and professional. Her kind and gentle manner made my parents instantly comfortable with her. She has been a huge help with everything from grocery shopping, driving to appointments, cleaning the house and helping with the mail. Our family not only gained a wonderful helper, but also a beautiful friend.
