With my vast knowledge from different fields of study ( Leadership, Development Studies, and Child Development ) coupled with experience from different organizations in different capacities, together with my ability to adapt in any environment and situation; through service as a social worker and a caregiver with both the elderly and children, working with both normal, physically and emotionally challenged personalities; I promise to put my best foot forward always. After joining care. com in 2013, I got hired immediately and from then till now (2018), I have been working with the same family. I started with babysitting three children, then we had an addition who just turned three this year. He starts full-time schooling come September and my hours will be cut terribly, the reason I have to look for another job.
