About Joan

Making a difference in the lives of others is my passion. With a graduate degree and five years of experience in adult and senior care, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate heart to my work. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. My services include transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, wound care, incontinence care- including those who are bed bound and mobility assistance including transferring to and from a wheelchair and into bed. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have years experience working with Dementia, Parkinson's and Ms. Building a comfortable environment is important to me. I communicate with families using their preferred method. My patient, friendly, and empathetic nature allows me to provide reliable support.
