About Joan

My journey as a dedicated pet care provider spans three years of hands-on experience with dogs and birds. I hold a college degree and maintain current certifications in CPR training and First Aid. My approach centers on your pet's comfort and happiness, as I treat every animal as if they were my own. I prioritize safety through strict adherence to dietary needs and managed exercise for high-energy breeds. I remain calm during emergencies, always keeping essential contact information close at hand. I find immense joy in witnessing unique animal personalities and helping shy pets gain confidence. Being punctual and responsible, I focus on reinforcing positive behaviors to ensure a pleasant experience. I truly look forward to providing a loving environment where your pets feel secure and cherished while you are away.
