I am a caring RN with lots of experience in different areas. ( Rehab, hospital, hospice, disabled ). I am fully vaccinated for covid. I have past experience working with the disabled at a full time adult day care center, for 3 years. I love kids, I have 3 children (grown), two girls are twins. Lots of experience with a child with cancer, doing fine now! All of my kids were in the gifted area throughout school years. I love teaching kids new things, motivating and encouraging them. And most of all letting them be 'kids'- it goes by too quickly. I am CPR certified, able to take kids to appointments, activities, school, etc. I am up to date on Covid and flu vaccines. My first job at age 12 was as babysitter. Things have changed since then, except the core values remain the same. Teaching and showing how to be caring, thoughtful, loving, motivated and especially to value yourself.

Joan is a very special lady - my children warmed to her immediately and they love it when they know she's coming to the house. Joan is warm, caring and dependable and understands parental concerns about having a safe caregiver who can prove credentials and is careful about germs in this new world with covid - Joan gets it! And she was able to put all my worries at ease very quickly. I know I can leave my children (even my youngest, the baby) with Joan and they'll be safe, cared for and nurtured. Joan has looked after my children and helped them with bathroom visits, snack time, homework, playing and games. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again (and again and again)!
