About Joanita

I have hands-on experience working with children through my role as a mother, childcare and as a camp counselor and where I regularly supervised and engaged groups of children in structured activities, games, and educational programs. During this time, I worked with children in various age groups and learned how to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment. My responsibilities included guiding children through daily activities, helping them with tasks, resolving conflicts, and ensuring their overall well-being. This experience helped me develop patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with children individually and within group settings. Overall, my childcare background has taught me how to remain attentive, compassionate, and flexible--qualities that allow me to support children effectively in both educational and recreational settings.
