About Joanie

I have been in this business for over 20 years. I worked as an activity director in assisted living homes. I also put in many hours as a volunteer in these homes. Many of the residents had no family, and were very lonesome. I enjoyed visiting with them and hearing about their life! It certainly makes a difference when an elderly person has someone to talk to! I also worked for a lady/friend/ neighbor for over five years. She unfortunately passed away from cancer. My last job ended recently. I helped a 93-year-old lovely lady with anything she needed. She moved to Ocala with her daughter. I have a passion for elderly. I am honest and extremely compassionate. I bring joy to those who know me! I love to listen to other peoples adventures and experiences. I will assist in exercising and keeping active, light housekeeping , Dr. appointments, etc. References upon request. Thank You.
