About Joana

My name is Joana Okyere. I am a passionate about my professions with 15 years experience as a Pediatric nurse and 9 years experience as a Nanny. I have worked to build a relationship with my patients, my clients and their families by listening to them and supporting them. I am known for my ability to solve problems and provide emotional support. As a caregiver i take care of infants and children at my clients' homes. I prioritize feeding on demand, ensuring warmth, laundry and practicing good hygiene. I provide attentive care to the children, in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment. I change diapers, soothe, swaddle and gently care for them and document every routines. I love my job, as it allows me to make a positive impact on my clients lives , build relationships, and contributes to the growth of the infants and children. I am a true team player, and always fosters positive discussions and brings the best out of my families.
