About Joana

From a young age, I discovered a passion for nurturing children, which led me to pursue childcare. My three years of experience caring for children aged 0-5 have equipped me with the skills to provide a safe and stimulating environment. I also work as a Teacher's Assistant for a special needs classroom during the day and understand the importance of patience and modifying routines to fit each child's needs. I find joy in educational games and adapting to children's interests, while also introducing them to new activities. I am patient, friendly, and prioritize open communication with parents through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting your preferred method. I'm comfortable helping with cooking, light housekeeping, and crafts. I also support independence by incorporating children into chores, if desired.
