Joana is incredibly reliable, flexible with our changing schedule, and always on time. She’s genuinely loves our girls like her own - she has that real mama energy. She’s thoughtful about bringing treats but always checks with us first, and she follows our parenting choices. Joana also prepares meals and does light cleaning when the girls are napping. I couldn’t recommend Joana more highly. Any family would be lucky to have her - she’s loving, responsible, and wonderful with kids.
