About Joan

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development in a safe and nurturing environment. With a year of hands-on experience, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and am more than happy to help with light housekeeping and travel. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day or any issues that arise, using their preferred method of communication. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle and consistent manner. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, as well as educational games that promote learning. I hold a graduate degree and have completed First Aid Training and CPR Training.
