My passion for supporting the independence and well-being of seniors drives my five+ years of experience as a caregiver. I approach care with a calm, patient, and empathetic mindset, understanding that accepting assistance can be a difficult transition. My goal is to build trust and companionship by listening to your loved one's needs and respecting their dignity, ensuring they feel supported rather than limited. Whether I am assisting with daily hygiene, toileting, dressing, exercises, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, or transportation, I will ensure I do my very best to make sure they feel this is beneficial and there is no shame in it. It can also be joyful! A great caregiver will find ways to add to a loved ones quality of life. I firmly believe it is our duty as younger humans to nurture and show loving care for seniors. To me, this isnt just a job. This is time well spent connecting with other humans and being of service. And I also admire a storyteller!
