Hello I'm a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a master's degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling and a strong background working with children, families, and adults of all ages. I provide calm, dependable care grounded in trauma-informed principles: emotional safety, predictable routines, and developmentally appropriate activities that support communication, problem-solving, and overall wellbeing. I decided to use my experience and knowledge to support seniors so I can provide compassionate, trauma-informed care that promotes emotional wellbeing, dignity, and a sense of safety for adults of all ages. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with families about schedules, behavior support, and daily needs. Families appreciate my professionalism, confidentiality, and warm, patient approach.
