She was punctual during the days she worked with our family. However, she called out 30 minutes before a scheduled shift due to a family emergency and stated she would keep us updated, but we did not hear from her again for several days. The lack of follow-up communication and delayed notice that she would not be continuing with the role was unprofessional and made it difficult for us to plan care for our children.
